Terms of Service

Last updated: February 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Fully Indexed LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operating as Sheetworks ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Sheetworks platform at sheetworks.ai (the "Service").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

1. Description of Service

1.1 Overview

Sheetworks is an AI-powered platform that enables educators to generate, edit, save, share, and export educational worksheets. The Service uses artificial intelligence to produce worksheet content based on inputs you provide (keywords, subjects, grade levels, learning objectives, and uploaded source materials).

1.2 Available Worksheet Formats

The Service currently supports multiple worksheet formats including quizzes, flashcards, fill-in-the-blanks, word sort, word search, word scramble, word match, hangman, math practice, jeopardy, and geometry. Additional formats may be added or removed at our discretion. The availability of specific formats is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

1.3 Intended Users

The Service is designed exclusively for educators, teachers, tutors, and educational professionals. There are no student accounts. Only educators may create accounts on Sheetworks. Students may access shared worksheets via links provided by their teachers but do not create accounts, log in, or have profiles on the Service.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using one of our supported authentication methods: Google OAuth or Magic Link (email-based sign-in). By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

2.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile page within the Service. Account deletion is irreversible. Upon deletion, all your worksheets, usage history, and associated data will be permanently removed from our systems. Subscription and billing records may be retained by our payment processor as required by tax and financial regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Plan Tiers

The Service is offered in tiered subscription plans. All new accounts are automatically placed on the Free plan. Current plans include:

PlanMonthly PriceAnnual PriceCredits / Month
Free$0$010
Starter$7$70200
Pro$14$1401,000

Plan pricing, features, and credit allocations are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any pricing changes affecting existing subscribers.

3.2 Credits

Worksheet generation consumes credits. Each generation starts at one (1) credit. Generations that include file attachments may consume additional credits based on file size (up to 3 credits per generation for large attachments). Certain worksheet formats (e.g., basic arithmetic practice) may cost zero credits. Credits reset to your plan's full allocation on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused plan credits do not roll over to the following month. Bonus credits, if awarded by Sheetworks (e.g., promotions or support resolutions), are maintained separately and do not expire at the end of the billing cycle. When all your credits are exhausted, you will be unable to generate new worksheets until your credits reset or you upgrade your plan. Keyword expansion and other non-generation features are free and do not consume credits.

3.3 Feature Availability by Plan

Certain features are restricted to paid plans:

  • Free Plan: Worksheet generation only (temporary β€” worksheets cannot be saved). PDF/image attachments, saving worksheets, sharing, exporting images, and removing the Sheetworks watermark are not available.
  • Starter and Pro Plans: All features including saving worksheets, PDF/image attachments (up to 5 MB per file), sharing, image export, ZIP downloads, and the option to remove the Sheetworks watermark from printed materials.

3.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Polar.sh, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Polar.sh is the legal entity that processes your payment, handles applicable sales tax and VAT, and issues invoices. Your payment information is collected and stored by Polar.sh β€” not by Sheetworks. Your use of Polar.sh's payment services is subject to Polar.sh's Terms of Service.

3.5 Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until that date.

3.6 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Polar.sh customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period β€” you will retain access to paid features until that date.

CREDITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE USED. CANCELLATION OF A SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO A REFUND FOR THE CURRENT BILLING PERIOD. IF YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE BEEN BILLED IN ERROR, CONTACT US AT [email protected] WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE CHARGE.

4. AI-Generated Content

4.1 Nature of AI Output

The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models (via OpenRouter) to generate worksheet content based on your inputs. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain factual errors, inaccuracies, biases, or inappropriate material.
  • AI outputs are not guaranteed to be novel, unique, or free from third-party intellectual property.
  • The same or similar inputs may produce different outputs at different times.
  • AI model providers may change, which may affect the quality or style of generated content.

4.2 Educator Responsibility

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING, VERIFYING, AND CORRECTING ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT BEFORE USING IT IN AN EDUCATIONAL SETTING. SHEETWORKS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, APPROPRIATENESS, OR PEDAGOGICAL SUITABILITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF AI-GENERATED WORKSHEETS IN YOUR CLASSROOM OR WITH YOUR STUDENTS.

4.3 Editing and Correction

The Service provides editing tools (including a rich text editor) to allow you to review, modify, and correct generated content before saving, printing, or sharing. You are encouraged to use these tools to ensure all content meets your educational standards. You may also regenerate worksheets to receive alternative outputs.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all User Content you create using the Service, including worksheets, quiz questions, and other educational materials. "User Content" includes both content you provide as input (keywords, prompts, uploaded files) and the resulting AI-generated worksheets you save to your account.

5.2 License to Sheetworks

By using the Service, you grant Sheetworks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service. For worksheets you make publicly available (via the Public Library or public visibility setting), you additionally grant Sheetworks a license to index, display in search results, and make available to other users of the Service for viewing, printing, and remixing purposes.

5.3 Sheetworks Platform

The Service, including its design, features, user interface, underlying technology, trademarks, and branding, is the intellectual property of Sheetworks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding except as expressly provided herein.

5.4 Source Material Uploads

When you upload source materials (PDFs, images) for AI processing, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use such materials and that their use does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Uploaded materials are processed solely for the purpose of generating your worksheet and are not retained beyond the generation request.

5.5 DMCA and Copyright Claims

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work; (b) the location of the infringing material on the Service; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful educational purposes, including generating worksheets for classroom instruction, tutoring, homeschooling, and educational content creation.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is hateful, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Upload or submit content that infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than educational content creation, including commercial resale of generated content as a competing product.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Service.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other programmatic means to access or interact with the Service without our express written permission.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, authentication, or access-control features of the Service, including attempts to access paid features without a valid subscription.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free-tier credits or circumvent usage limits.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6.3 Content Moderation

We maintain automated content filtering for the Public Library to prevent inappropriate content from being publicly listed. We reserve the right to remove, de-list, or restrict any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate, harmful, or objectionable. We are not obligated to monitor all User Content but reserve the right to do so.

7. Worksheet Sharing and Public Library

7.1 Visibility Settings

Worksheets you save may be set to one of three visibility levels:

  • Private (default): Only you can access the worksheet.
• Unlisted: Anyone with the share link can access the worksheet. You may optionally require a join code, set an expiration date, and configure sharing options.
  • Public: The worksheet is listed in the Sheetworks Public Library and is discoverable by any user. Public worksheets may be viewed, printed, and remixed by other educators.

7.2 Sharing Features

When sharing worksheets (unlisted or public), you may configure the following options:

  • Join Code: A 6-character alphanumeric code that restricts access to those who have it.
  • Expiration: An optional time limit after which the share link becomes inactive.
  • Shuffle Mode: Randomizes question and answer order for each viewer to discourage copying.
  • Instant Feedback: Controls whether viewers see their score and correct answers upon completion.
  • Remix/Fork: Allows other authenticated educators to save a copy of your worksheet to their own library.

7.3 Public Library

Worksheets set to public visibility are indexed in the Sheetworks Public Library and may appear in search results. By making a worksheet public, you understand and agree that any user of the Service may view, print, remix, and save a copy of your worksheet. Public worksheets remain your intellectual property, but you grant the license described in Section 5.2 for the duration that the worksheet is publicly listed. You may change a worksheet's visibility back to private at any time, which will remove it from the Public Library.

7.4 Student Access to Shared Worksheets

Students and other visitors who access shared worksheets do so without creating an account. Visitors may be asked to enter their name before starting a worksheet; this name is stored only in the visitor's browser for the duration of their session and is never transmitted to or stored by Sheetworks. Answer keys are not shown to unauthenticated visitors in "take mode." You, as the sharing educator, are responsible for the appropriateness of content shared with students and for compliance with any applicable school policies regarding digital tool usage.

8. File Uploads and Attachments

Paid plan users (Starter and Pro) may upload files as source material for AI-powered worksheet generation. The following restrictions apply:

  • Supported formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG
  • Maximum file size: 5 MB per file
  • Processing: Uploaded files are sent to our AI inference provider for content extraction and are not retained beyond the generation request.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload and process any files you submit and that such files do not contain malicious software, illegal content, or content that infringes upon any third-party rights.

9. PDF Export, Printing, and Branding

The Service allows you to export worksheets as PDFs and print-ready documents. Exported documents may include a configurable header (student name and date fields) and footer (page numbers and branding).

  • Free Plan: Exported worksheets include a "Powered by sheetworks.ai" watermark that cannot be removed.
  • Paid Plans (Starter/Pro): The watermark may be removed via the print options panel.

10. Children's Privacy and COPPA/FERPA

THE SERVICE IS DESIGNED FOR USE BY EDUCATORS AND IS NOT DIRECTED AT CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13. WE DO NOT KNOWINGLY COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN. THERE ARE NO STUDENT ACCOUNTS ON SHEETWORKS.

As an educator using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding student data privacy, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), to the extent they apply to your use of the Service.
  • Worksheets shared with students via links should not contain student personally identifiable information in the worksheet content itself.
  • You are responsible for obtaining any required parental or institutional consent before directing students to access shared worksheets.
  • Sheetworks does not collect, store, or process any data from students who access shared worksheets (see Section 7.4).

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services to provide its functionality. Your use of the Service constitutes acknowledgment that your data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies:

  • Google: OAuth authentication (sign-in with Google)
  • OpenRouter: AI model inference for worksheet generation
  • Polar.sh: Payment processing, subscriptions, invoicing (Merchant of Record)
  • Supabase: Database hosting (PostgreSQL)
  • Cloudflare: CDN, DNS, and object storage (R2) for images and PDFs
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery
  • Microsoft Clarity: Analytics and session replay (consent required)
  • Typesense: Search indexing for the Public Library
  • UploadThing: File upload processing

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider, including outages, data handling practices, or changes to their terms of service. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information on what data is shared with each provider.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance
  • Third-party service outages (database, AI providers, payment processor, hosting infrastructure)
  • Network connectivity issues beyond our control
  • Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, PEDAGOGICALLY SOUND, OR FREE FROM BIAS; (D) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED; OR (E) THE SERVICE WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL DEVICES, BROWSERS, OR OPERATING SYSTEMS.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Sheetworks is a tool to assist educators β€” it does not replace professional educational judgment. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability and accuracy of all content generated by the Service.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHEETWORKS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) AI-GENERATED CONTENT USED IN AN EDUCATIONAL SETTING; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT; (D) ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN AI-GENERATED CONTENT; (E) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT OR CONTENT ON THE SERVICE; OR (F) ANY EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES, STUDENT PERFORMANCE, OR PEDAGOGICAL RESULTS RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO SHEETWORKS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) $100.00.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sheetworks and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (e) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (f) your use of AI-generated content with students or in an educational setting.

16. Termination

16.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Profile page. If you have an active paid subscription, cancellation of the subscription (via Polar.sh's customer portal) is separate from account deletion. Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes all your data, regardless of remaining subscription time.

16.2 Termination by Sheetworks

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have violated these Terms; (b) you have engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, the Service, or our reputation; (c) you have failed to pay applicable subscription fees; or (d) continued provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable. In the event of termination for cause, you forfeit all remaining credits and are not entitled to a refund.

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. All User Content associated with your account will be permanently deleted. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 13, 14, 15, 17, and 18) shall survive.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sheetworks operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the applicable courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Sheetworks.

18. General Provisions

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sheetworks with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

18.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

18.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

19. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
  • Post the revised Terms on this page.
  • For material changes, provide at least 30 days' notice via email or through the Service before the changes take effect.

YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICE AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF ANY REVISED TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE REVISED TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE REVISED TERMS, YOU MUST STOP USING THE SERVICE AND DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT.
